Where will I be collected at the airport?

Your driver will be on the other side of the arrivals gate standing 30 meters to the left of the barrier, past the small bar near the bureaux de change.  He will then help you to your vehicle which will be situated in the nearest car park we are allowed to stop in.

What will happen if the plane is late?

Your driver will be able to wait up to an hour as standard for your plane to arrive and for you to clear arrivals. After this time it will be at his discretion. This will depend on whether he has to depart for another collection. Should this happen, you will be notified and the relevant procedure will take place as per our terms and conditions.

What is a shared transfer?

A shared transfer is a vehicle leaving the airport or your resort with more than you or your party on board. Shared transfer terms apply.

What is a private transfer?

A private transfer is a transfer that is booked soley by you and your party and will have nobody else on board and will not be stopping to collect or drop off anybody else on route to your given destination. Private terms and conditions apply.

I would like to book a transfer from a train station or a hotel and no the airport, is this possible?

Yes, For Aigle station you will need to book your transfer via our online booking system  and state exactly where  you are going.  For a hotel booking you will need to book through our contact us link and state exactly where you require collecting from, where you are going to and at what time. You will receive a quote and then a booking confirmation. All terms and conditions apply.

I land on the French side of airport. What do I have to do?

If you land on the French side of the airport then you must make your way over to the arrivals area on the Swiss side of the airport where your driver will be waiting in the above mentioned area.

Some of the members of my party are arriving at different times, how does this work for my booking?

If you have booked a private transfer then you must state the time of the LAST flight to arrive and any members arriving prior to this will have to wait until these people have cleared arrivals. Your driver will be at the above mentioned place for this time. If you have arranged for shared transport then you will already have instructions for the various members of your party.

How do private and shared work for groups of over eight people?

If you have a group of eight people or more requiring a shared transfer, the first eight will be regarded as a private transfer and the terms and conditions for this will apply and the remaining clients will be treated as shared and will be required to adhere to the terms and conditions of this.

What is the deadline for an online transfer to be booked?

You must book your online transfer no later than 48hrs prior to your flight departure.  You must have your confirmation before you can consider your transfer booked and require it on arrival as it is your ticket. If you are in any doubt at all as to whether you will meet the deadline then please email us and we will deal with you booking promptly.

What resorts do you service?

For a full list of the resorts that we cover please see ‘airport ’. However, if you do not see your destination on the list and it is in our service area then please email us for a quote.

Are there any extra charges after our booking has been taken?

There are no extra charges relating to your booking after you have your confirmation unless any of the circumstances mentioned in our ‘terms and conditions arise’

Can you collect me from an airport hotel instead of the airport?

Yes, we can collect form any hotel within half a kilometre of the airport (such as the inn express or the crown plaza) on a private transfer basis only. The price would be the same as if you were collected from the airport. All terms and conditions apply.

How do I find my driver?

Your driver will be standing to the left of the arrivals barrier. Approximately  30 meters past the small bar, next to the bureaux de change.

What do I do if I can’t find my driver?

If you can’t find your driver and you have not received a text with instructions then please call the number that is on your booking confirmation.

If my flight is delayed, will the driver wait?

Yes the driver will wait depending on the type of transfer you have booked. For details of this please see out ‘terms and conditions’

How long will I wait after I’ve met my driver until we leave for resort?

Depending on the type of transfer you have booked. If you have a private transfer then you will leave immediately. If you are booked on a shared transfer then you will be required to wait up to an hour.

When I’m leaving resort where will I be collected from?

You will be collected from the address that you put on your booking forms. Please see ‘terms and conditions’ regarding any changes to this information.

What happens if I’m late for my departure time?

If you are on a private transfer then it is entirely at the discretion of the driver how long they wait. This will depend on whether he has to be at another collection point at a certain time. If you are on a shared transfer then the driver will wait no longer than ten minutes, after which time he will have no choice but to leave.

How long before my flight will I be collected?

For most of the and surrounding area you will be collected 4 hours prior to your flight departure time. If there are any known adverse weather or road conditions then magic will do their best to notify you of any change to your departure time. Certain resorts may have slightly different departure times, if this is the case your driver will notify you on the way into resort.

Can I specify a drop off time for a departure that differs from a flight departure?

Yes you can. You need to tell your driver on the way to resort and if there is availability he will amend your booking. Any amendments after this time is at the discretion of magic management.

Is the price for adults, children and babies different?

No, the price quoted is the price of the booking and does not differentiate between adults, children and babies. Also babies are not allowed to on the knee of another passenger to save on seat bookings.

Does my child need a child seat?

If your child requires a seat in the UK then they require one in France. The details of which need to be mentioned on your booking request. Failure to do so will result in one not being available and the possibility that the driver does not allow that child to . This at their discretion.
